Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors or stains, and with original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on garments that show signs of wear or alteration.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we may provide an exchange for another size or style, or store credit, if applicable.
